On a hot July day in Missoula, MT, a 14 year old boy named Greg Washington was picking rocks on a job site for a local builder. It was at that time the decision was made. This boy was going to be a builder. He graduated with honors from the University of Montana with a degree in Business Administration and took a position in Coeur d'Alene, ID with a national manufacturer of building materials. Since 1992, Mr. Washington has been professionally involved in the building industry. This experience provided him with the unique opportunity to learn from many seasoned professionals.
In 1999, Mr. Washington began construction on his first custom home and since that time, Courtyard Construction, Inc. has built over 50 homes for families in Kootenai County. Courtyard Construction continues to build its business based on quality product and customer service. It has many satisfied homeowners who will testify to that.
